Preparazione

Cuocere gli spinaci

In una pentola far appassire gli spinaci, salare e pepare. Lasciarli intiepidire e togliere l'eventuale acqua in eccesso, tritare grossolanamente.

Preparare la farcitura

In una ciotola unire gli spinaci, il formaggio grattugiato, la ricotta, il sale, il pepe e la noce moscata, quindi amalgamare.

Preparare la torta

Srotolare la pasta sfoglia rotonda Buitoni, versare il composto, livellare e ricavare con l'aiuto di un cucchiaio 6 buchette dove mettere le uova. Coprire con l’altro disco di pasta sfoglia, sigillando bene i bordi ed eliminando la pasta in eccesso.

Cottura

Spennellare con il tuo tuorlo d'uovo ed infornare a 200° per 30/40 minuti.
