Preparazione

PREPARARE LA PIZZA

Preriscaldare il forno a 200°. Srotolare l'impasto di pizza +Protein -Carbs e spalmare il concentrato di pomodoro sulla pasta. Aggiungere le fette di pomodoro cuore di bue e parte dei pomodorini pachino precedentemente fatti a tocchettini e conditi con olio, sale e l'aglio tagliato a fettine sottilissime.

COTTURA

Infornare la pizza a 200°C per 20 minuti. Dopo la cottura, aggiungere gli altri pomodorini, i filetti di acciughe e l'origano.
